When a West Seattle neighborhood gastropub was purchased by the trio of the former head chef, restaurant and bar manager, and a longtime regular, it was time for a new look. Seattle's abundant crow population served as the perfect analog for locals coming in to perch on the cozy bar stools, kept around by delicious food, a curated draft list, and cocktails featuring local spirits.
